Grant of License:
By purchasing this Commercial License from ANGO Design Shop (ango.digital) (“Seller”), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize one digital design for limited commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Usage Restrictions:
Attribution:
For all commercial use of the digital products, appropriate attribution must be given, crediting ANGO Design Shop (ango.digital) as the creator. Attribution should be included in product descriptions, marketing materials, or wherever the design is displayed.
Prohibited Uses:
The following uses of the digital products are strictly prohibited:
Termination:
Seller reserves the right to terminate this license if the terms are violated. Termination results in the immediate cessation of your rights to use the digital products.
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Seller is located and shall be interpreted accordingly.

Usage Restrictions:
- You are permitted to print and sell up to 100 physical products (e.g., posters, prints, mugs, t-shirts, stickers) featuring the licensed design.
- This license is valid for only one design.
- If you wish to create and sell more than 100 physical products using the same design, you must purchase an additional license.
- The digital designs may only be scaled; no other alterations, manipulations, or modifications are allowed.

- Use the design as part of any “giveaway” or “freebie.”

Seller reserves the right to terminate this license if the terms are violated. Termination results in the immediate cessation of your rights to use the digital products.
